Different Appraisels for Equivalent Appartments in Same Building

I own a condo in a 6 unit building. The Zestimates for the units in my building vary significantly, although they are exactly equivalent and appraised with exactly the same value by the city. Something is absolutely not right here and I ask you to correct it.

Are you planning on selling your condo units? If you don't, then no need to bother... If you do, buyers will not make offers based on zestimates...

Well, I see how Zestimates are entirely inaccurate. Actually the apartments with the lower Zestimates in my building have more upgrades then those with the higher Zestimates. So that doesn't count. The floors, views, etc. are entirely mixed up. So it just period makes no sense.
I just wished that if so inaccurate Zestimates could be disabled.

The market value and city value have different formulas .  Condos may differ in the same bldg. even with the same square feet because of location ( by a street, view, etc), upgrades, what floor, etc. for the market value.  City and other websites usually do not take into account these differences.  The best way is to get a market analysis completed by a realtor.

Zestimates are totally inaccurate.  Call a qualified Real Estate Broker to do a Comparative market analysis.  I do them for free.  [phone  number deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy]
