1247 Basswood Ct, Chico CA 95926 has the same problem. $148,000 on the map (which happens to be the last sale price) and $325,000 on the listing.

This is happening for the Cupertino (Northern California) listings as well. I think it must be a larger systems glitch. Hope someone from Zillow is watching this discussion group.

I have checked on both properties on the website and I was able to verify that there is no discrepancy between the "For Sale" price on the map and on the home details page on both postings. If there was a site error with regards to the listing prices, it appears that it has already been corrected.

However, I have reported this matter to our product development team so that they can further look into it. Kindly double-check on your end and inform us if you're still seeing any discrepancy.

I've checked some random address in Van Nuys, CA and it appears that there's no discrepancy in the "For Sale" price of listings in the area.

However, if you can kindly give us a specific address where you still see a discrepancy, we will promptly look into it. If there isn't any, kindly accept our apologies for whatever inconvenience this may have caused you.
