You would do best talking to an attorney and getting the thieves thrown in jail.
Difficult situation-need professional advice
Rockmart, GA recently sold by and closed in Dec 2010 using my mother's money a couple exploited her and used $50,000 of her personal money to purchase this home leaving a small balance which one is recorded at courthouse other is not????Please contact me to discuss the best way for my mother to sell this home and work with the original seller that holds the security on the small loan-Need to know what property is worth-what she can sell if for realistically as she is only trying to regain what was lost-House was stripped of some copper and brand new a/c unit that was included in the sale-Need to sale as is - not sure if we can produce a termite letter or if original seller sold the home with the termite letter-Please help us she is 75 years old and has been exploited-the original buyers were friends and used her money the 50K as a downpay on a 65k dollar sale-very confused any help would be greatly appreciated!
