There is no way to hide or remove that information unless it is just plain "incorrect".
The only homes that don't show it are:
1) Those in non-disclosure States where it is legally not in the public records.
2) Those listed whose autofeed data came from other websites, and there were issues with the address being reconciled to the county data records correctly.
3) Those in areas where Zillow has no 3rd party data collection company providing the county records data.
4) Those where the data collection company is either just slow in providing the sold data, or the company copied it wrong.
5) Those where the last sold date was so long ago that the sold records still have not been transcribed electronically.
By the way, in most cases where there are two Home Details Pages for the same property, the one without the last sold price & date is usually the one with the lower Zestimate.

Thank you! That wasn't exactly the answer I wanted, but it did answer my question. Thank you so much for explaining why some homes show that last sold price on the fact page and why some do not. That REALLY helped. I looked all over this Zillow and couldn't find anything that explained it. That was extremely helpful!

Hi There,
The last sold price is not the "main" fact, it is just a fact. To promote transparency in real estate, we publish public information. As a buyer, you don't look at at what a home sold for 10 years ago, as what it should be worth today.

Disable LAST SOLD date/price as a "Main Fact" about home
Please enable the Hide feature for the "Last Sold" - or allow me to edit it myself. I understand this is public information and the buyer can search for it themselves. What I don't want it for the "last sold" with the date and price listed as one of the main facts about my home. I bought my home almost 10 years ago and have made improvements to it. I plan to sell it at a higher price than what I bought it for 10 years ago. To have "last sold" price listed as one of the main facts about my home is major turn-away. Most of the homes I have looked at do NOT show this in their main facts. Mine is listed right next to the picture after the "year built".
Please please please please please HIDE this or remove it. Better yet would be if you would enable this as a feature WE can enable/disable ourselves. I've reviewed your site and it seems LOTS of people are having this same problem but I haven't seen any solutions.
The "last sold" is obviously not a necessary fact about my home and there is definitely a way to remove it since so many homes do NOT list this as a main fact.
Please help me with disable this feature for the following address:

Thank you so much!
