The house I'm thinking of I have information that makes me think a guy shot himself in the kitchen, even though the official story is heart attack. A natural death wouldn't bother me, but the suicide thing creeps me out.

I believe in Illinois you have to disclose of the cause of death was Cancer or AIDS. I would check with a local broker to make sure though.

I think AIDS is federally protected. We can't even say they died of AIDS in CA.
