Whereas another property in the same neighborhood, same sq ft., almost same lot size (in fact this property is tiny bit smaller than 3535 property), same beds, 2 beds, 2 baths (whereas 3535 property has 3 bath), property address "3775 Fairmeade Rd, Pasadena, CA", Zestimate for this property is $903,878. Why this discrepancy? Please have this fixed asap.
