You are in control of your account and your screen name. You created it, so you can change it. Go to the top right corner "my zillow" and go to "my profile" then go right under your picture and there is an "edit" scroll down to "my profile" from there you can change your screen name.

I don't think so. Not unless someone else on Zillow already is using the screenname "Donna Fowler". Many agents like to use the place that they are licensed in their screename so that people reading their replies know where they are from. Fro example, you could be "SanAngeloTX RE" if you wanted.
