Hi Crazyheart. I'm an agent in your market area. Yes, you can sell it by yourself on-line with zillow...or for sale by owner, but we have the ability to blast your listing to a much larger market area. Also, we agents all work together to sell property. I have had clients who have tried it on their own, or purchase property without an agent and all have found it to be much more seamless and in the long run have saved money using an agent knowledgeable in the field. I liken it to going to court and representing yourself... yes you can do it, but if your going up against another lawyer who knows the ropes.... you'll most likely lose! Feel free to contact me if you'd like more information.

Hi Crazyheart,
I agree with the last poster. I find that the traffic on Zillow doesn't compare, (though it is getting better) to other real estate sites that can be used to market your home. I am sure that if you want to go the route of selling your home yourself that you can do some research to find out what will work best for you. Having the exposure in the NH MLS for all NH agents to see is really what will help you.Best of luck.

No, you can claim your home and list it for sale on Zillow. $9.95 for six months. Chances are good that advertising on Zillow alone will not be enough to sell it, but there is always a chance.
Do I have to list my home with a realtor to sell it on Zillow?
