Thinking of moving from AZ to FL. Is it necessary to get a realtor when planning to buy a new home?

It is a violation of the Realtor code of ethics, to state you are free, unless you also state you are going to be compensated by the seller...

An agent should know that.

the REAL question, is why the heck would you buy a new home in Florida, when there are still tons of foreclosures that are much better deals? Seriously!
