I think the Oregon coast is the best because there are so few humans, miles of easy access beaches, yet crashing waves on the rocks.  While there are no hurricanes, much of the housing is in tsunami zones and the high risk of an 8 or 9 earthquake on the Cascadia fault is a bit bothersome.

Why do you like living on the Oregon coast?
