Do not rent from Integrity realty if you except some maintenance

I have lived in there building for a few years. Do not except quick maintenance services. The washer and dryer are overpriced and typically once a month the washer does not wash and your clothes are sitting in water. If you complaint about possible mold/the bathroom ceiling is leaking, they will just come and paint over it. Also do not except heat as soon as it gets cold. They do not turn on the heat until about a month into the cold weather so invest in a space heater.  Do not stay more than a year the increase the rent more than $30 a month if you stay longer than a year.

regarding mold issues...you can ask that a building inspector in your county be brought out to verify your claims...the management company, if there is one and or landlord needs to be notified via mail, certified, and the owner should be requested to make the unit habitable within a required  time period with access granted to do so and what your intention is or will be if the repairs are not made.

your rent monies should be placed in an escrow account until it is determined what the outcome re this dispute is and and you can request the lease agreement be voided and that the owner make no claims for remaining rent payments through the term of lease when the unit is found to be uninhabitable
