Do property managers typically offer to send a professional to analyze a rental property?

This question is in regards to buying a rental property (condo in my case).  I am wondering if property managers offer something like this.

If you are using a management company to rent out your property, they are usually licensed Realtors or at least have 1 in the office that would know the going rental income for your type of property. To purchase income property you would definitely want to hire an agent.

Often, good tenants will rent only through a reputable property manager because everything from initially viewing the property, to negotiating and signing the lease agreement, to dealing with maintenance and repairs, to making rental payments is more efficient and streamlined if a professional company located in the area is coordinating providing the service.

Thanks for your response! Yes, I meant having a PM send an inspector to a property I am considering.

Okay maybe re-phrase your question...are you wanting a PM to send a real estate agent to view a income property you are considering purchasing?  Or are you wanting PM to send an inspector or appraiser?

Typically if you are working with a licensed realtor, your realtor will be able to ascertain some kind of ROI for your income producing condo.

The agent should be able to get this information from the seller as well as running a CMA on the property.
