Do we qualify for any rebates?

2/2005 we paid cash for a manufactured home on rented land.  We never had any real estate taxes as we didn't own the land.  On 10/01/2009 we bought a foreclosed home.  Do we qualify for any rebates?

We lived in the mobile until mid November 2009.....had toclean inside of foreclosure.  We moved into the new home before Thanksgiving, and this home will remain our primary residence!!
