An alternative would have been to click on "post reply" (repeatedly) to your first post and then add the next chapters. In the current format, the various segments are going to be spread far and wide.

Contributions:251BE GRATEFUL they have a job,a roof over their heads and that everyone is safe and healthy.
This storm WILL pass.If you can whether through these seas ,then stay the course.
If they need to really cut expenses and they can sell and get out without a short sale or small payment to make it whole,then that is fine too.
Many are so quick to say"short sell" !
Only what you are really selling short...is your advice and consel and the trust they have when they asked you to sit with them to discuss listing the home.
