Do we sell our 13 acres of vacant land in Fallon, NV or not?

We bought 13. acres 3 yrs ago thinking of retiring there. Now we're thinking it's going to be too much and too far out. Do we stick with it and build or try to sell and buy readymade closer into Carson Valley somewhere? Really confused!
