Do we still have "piggyback loans" in Ohio? The 80% 1st mrtg /10% HELOC /10% down type? Let me know!

I have a house under contract, for which I am looking for a piggyback loan, the 80-10-10 types. I have excellent credit, as well as can put 20% down, however i would rather put 10% down at this time.

Do we have such lenders in Ohio, and in particular in Cincinnati?!? Let me know!!! need help!!!

Rico, maybe you could do a good Thanksgiving deed and leave your contact info and phone out of posts. It would be nice and would be following Zillow's no self promotion policy here

If you are trying to get around monthly mortgage insurance and want to do a 15yr, go FHA.  You can get a rate down in the 3% range with out monthly MI.  You will have up front mortgage insurance, but is won't be as much as it used to be.

If you want a 30yr US Bank might still have 80/10/10 loans like David said.

Hope this helps

Paul

Zillow is a little different than some other sites so generally contact information is left on your profile page. You might want to read the policy from Zillow about self promotion on the board here. Hope the link helps.
