Do you feel its best to put a Picture of yourself for Showcase Ads or Rotate Listings

I am trying to figure out what is better for lead generation. Do you think people are more likely to click the showcase ads if your are the picture as the Go To realtor of the area or do you feel that people are more likely to click that showcase Ad if its one of your rotating listings ??
