The easiest way to edit your home facts is to claim your home on Zillow and edit the home facts.
You can do this by opening your home details page (click here), hover over "edit" (just below the description) and chose "claim your home" from the drop down list.
Once you've claimed your home, then you can change the information on the bedrooms, bathrooms etc.

Matt's suggestion only works if you are an agent with a listing, but doesn't work for the homeowner without a property on the market.

Click on the flag next to the house. On this question its right above the post reply button. This will flag the listing. You can claim the listing from there.

We added a Master bedroom with the following,
A walk in closet of 5' by 7'
A bathroom of 5' by 7'(full bathroom)
The room is 266sq foot
Finished with hardwood floor.
Reminding you for the whole house we have..
7 bedrooms
4 full baths
2 kitchens
