You would probably need to ask Drew about the API's available to use on your website, however, Zillow doesn't offer MLS number look up, so you would need to convert the MLS number to an address first with the services offered by your MLS membership. And then from the address, you would need to use the API's to look up the ZPID (Zillow Property Identification number). And then from that, you would need to use the other API's.
The API's are discussed under the "Pro-to-Pro" section, under a couple different subcategories:
"Zillow API and Data"
"Zillow Widgets for Websites"
Some mapping ability is available, but not sure if it will do what you want.
Post in the Pro-to-Pro section under the appropriate sub-section for your specific desires, and also E-mail Drew if browsing through the Pro-to-Pro sections does not provide the information you are looking for.
