Generally speaking, people with computers look at MLS supported sites first on most often. Maybe they start with realtor.com and then move to a more local site. Zillow is more likely a place to search for advice, trends and other information related to real estate as opposed to homes for sale. However, there are homes posted for sale here that are not going to be on the MLS supported sites. FSBO's especially are often scattered all over the place on many, many other sites.
