Do you have posted somewhere (I cannot find) the criteria used for your metrics?

Such as:

 

How you calculate the zestimates

What are the lag days with your data feeds?

What is the timeframe that homes that have sold get updated?  Appears MLS feeds are not working right - or at least 1 month behind.

Do you have enough technical support staff to monitor the bugs and issues? 

Would be good to have somewhere that shows the demographics of users on zillow, using it, selling on it, etc.

I think I finally found the link to at least the zestimates, zindex.

 

I still would like to understand the lag days for the data feeds from MLS.  Thanks!
