Yes, we have thousands nationwide!  We help hundreds of people monthly own a home. In addition, we offer referral fees with a finalized sale.

Just rent until you are ready to buy.  Why rent to own, when a better property priced lower could hit the market tomorrow?  Now you have money invested in a property you don't like as much as another property and it costs you more.  Does that make any sense?  Simple answer, no.  Which is why rent to own is a bad idea.

Zillow does not have a specific  category for "rent to own" although sometimes one can find them in the key word search.

They are very rare, and very risky

Most people don't advertise rent to own even if they are open to the idea. The best way to find out if a seller/landlord is willing to entertain the option, is to ask. Homes that are on the market for both rent and sale, may be more likely to be open to the idea. However rent to own properties will still generally require an option fee and good credit score. So you do want to make sure that you have the funds to make the deal attractive to the seller/landlord and the Fico to make this happen.

You will find these very rare bordering on myth. They are rare because they don't work, sellers hate them and renters can lose more fooling with them.
