There are certain ways for agents to figure out if a property is available as a rent to own, that some agents aren't aware of. However, this will not be displayed on Zillow. Feel free to contact me if you need additional assistance.

There are some on Zillow but there is no way to filter searches for them other than to look at each description to see if it is being offered as a rent to own. Most that I have seenare listed for sale on Zillow with a comment about RTO.

On zillow, you post either rent or for sale

I have them because my sellers want to sell them this way. Otherwise I do not like them.

I believe that you are mistaken. Zillow will only allow one post either for sale or for rent at one time since each property on the site has unique identifying number. You have to choose where you feel you will get the most traffic and then make the notation in the one ad type you select.

I believe you can post it in Rent, with Note Rent To Own, and Post it in Sale as Rent To Own, you get double exposure

Zillow does not have separate rent to own listings as far as I know. You can search by area or zip code and then look in the decriptions. I am not sure if adding something like "owner financing" to the keyword box would help, but it might.
