Do you know how we can find out what a commercial property sold for?

In Iowa, once the property is closed the sale is recorded at the courthouse. The selling price should then be public record and you can usually look it up on the County Assessors website. In Polk County this information is easy to find. In other counties you might need to call the County Assessor or Receorder and ask for the information.
