Not to pop any bubbles but interest rates and housing prices are inversely proportional. The question is how long can the fed keep this up in order to keep a housing market flat instead of plummeting? It would be interesting to see what a 2 point increase would do. It would be a good time to refinance though.

Do you know what the mortgage rates have been in the last 30 years vs todays rates?
