Kelly:
If so many realtors are struggling, why haven't the NAR, State or local associations done anything to help. Have their fees gone down or have they offered any real additional benefits in the last few years? Why is it when a free site offers a little extra for a minimal fee do agents flip out? Our state fees went up and we were told it was to maintain the same level of service we expect and deserve and that revenues would otherwise be down due to shrinking enrollment.

Take a deep breath and read my post on your other thread. Read Sara's posts on the thread at the top of this page very thoroughly as well. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal for agents as long as they use a syndication service or have a feed set up.
The initial email was just horribly written. I don't think it was very clear for anyone.

Do you really believe your site can survive this?
