Do you see a decline in rental inquiries during the time of year due to the holidays?

I have noticed the number of inquiries and web traffic declining ever so slightly this time of year. Does anyone else see the same thing on the rental side of things?

There is usually seasonality in every market in one way or another. For us in Chicago, the winter does slow down, but this is why it is so important to keep in touch with past renters and referrals. New traffic goes down but our numbers stay the same because of this.

I have noticed a slight decrease this time of year but we have still be able to rent our properties quickly. The rental market in the Orlando Area is very strong.

We've not noticed seasonal variation in the number of rental inquiries.  A day or two from posting the ad to having a new tenant sign is what we saw most recently in the past Nov, Dec & Jan
