Do you still have the program to get home values? I cannot find it.

Hi there! I have to add that I have found automatic guessamants are often not accurate. Given all the changes in the market, I too would suggest that you call a local Realtor and simply ask for a current CMA.

Have a great day!

Not sure what program you are looking for, but if you want a more accurate value of your home, you may want to contact a local Realtor and have him or her provide you with a (CMA) or Comparable Market Analysis. It is a more accurate statement of your respective area or city for many reasons:

1. Local Realtor is more knowledgeable about the local community and real estate activity.

2. It is based on actual statistics of homes that have been sold, for sale, and are pending sales.

3. You are usually comparing apples to apples, if a CMA is done correctly. For example, you are comparing a 3 bed, 2 bath with 1000 sqft. of living space with a pool, against other 3bed, 2 bath, 1000 sqft properties with a pool within that community, and

4. The Realtor can construct the CMA based on your property features, thus adding value and making it more easier to determine the actual value of the home.
