There is a good chance that those cars will be heard 1/2 mile away or even further. No mufflers on a dirt track.

You could have major traffic jams during race season on certain days.

It should bring in more business. Perhaps even some extra money in the local economy.

Good or bad for the place? I am sure it will be (like most things) a little bit of both.
