A quick check of MLS says:
1235 Yale - rentals not permitted
1200 Nicollet - currently has one active rental listing on MLS
1225 Lasalle - has had one rental in recent history.
As always, check with the association office for any restrictions as there may be a limit to the number of rentals in a building even if rentals are allowed.

Torrie is right on. Check your condo documents if you already own one of these properties and be sure to check any amendments to the documents you may have received via mail while living there. If you are considering buying one of these condos, you will have the opportunity to review the association documents prior to closing and window of time to cancel your purchase agreement based on what you learn. If you wanted to be more proactive and save yourself some time, you might be able to ask the listing agent if they can let you know whether they are able to be rented prior to making an offer. Hope this helps!
