Does Fannie Mae allow home sale contingencies?

Anyone have experience on whether Fannie Mae would accept an offer where the Buyer has a home sale contingency?

I'm assuming not, but I figured I'd ask... thanks in advance!

I believe it would be a no from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA owned, HUD owned and pretty much any REO property.

I have asked about it with a listing agent and was told they would not one the particular listing my client was interested in so I would assume like most REO's it is always no.
