LOL. The home I rent went up one month and then dived the next, then up a little, then back down a bit.......it will fluctuate when new sales are recorded in the tax rolls, a sustained rise will be the main indicator of whether your value is truly going up and remaining steady......I have noticed that most Zestimates tend to be at the top of the Value Range......but alas, just cause it says so doesn't mean it is so. My house I sold in 2007 had a Zestimate of $100K more than what I was able to sell it for........
