Does Zestimate use square footage ? Zillow had the incorrect sq ft (10% low). Does this affect Zes

Zillow had the sq ft incorrect - low by about 8%.  I have corrected this, but the estimate is way low - Zestimate says the house is worth about 15% lass per sq foot than other homes in the  area, but they are all similar tract homes - this makes no sense.  I wonder if Zestimate is still using the sq ft from public records, rather than the one that I changed by "owning" the home.  These are 10 year old homes without significant upgrades, etc.

Sometimes it takes several weeks for owner's modifications to the facts to be reflected in the Zestimates.
