Does anyone has worked with gohoming for buyinh a foreclosure home?

There is a property that we are interested in buying. As part of the process for submitting the application, we have to upload everything on gohoming.com. I have not heard much about them. I tried to look for more information online and came up with some mixed reviews. Has anyone recently worked with them? Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thank you.

Gohoming is an internet auction site that some corporations may use. As with every home it is recommended that you use a buyer's agent in order to be assured somebody is working on your behalf and not just providing California State required disclosures to you.  A buyers agent has a fiduciary obligation to you as a potential buyer and is obligated to act as if they were you according to law.  An agent or auction house working for the seller has a fiduciary to the seller first and not you as a buyer.   In addition, a buyer's agent is typically no charge to you.

I don't know anything about them, but I just checked them out and the website is safe. http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=http:%2F%2Fwww.gohoming.com%2F  What they do with your information is another matter.

Happy funding, Rudi
