Gohoming is an internet auction site that some corporations may use. As with every home it is recommended that you use a buyer's agent in order to be assured somebody is working on your behalf and not just providing California State required disclosures to you. A buyers agent has a fiduciary obligation to you as a potential buyer and is obligated to act as if they were you according to law. An agent or auction house working for the seller has a fiduciary to the seller first and not you as a buyer. In addition, a buyer's agent is typically no charge to you.
