Thank you all for your responses. But, they didn't give me what I was looking for. What I'm looking for is a system that has emails already created. I'm hoping that it will have emails directed to, internet buyers, past clients & expireds. If you know of anything like this please let me know.

Constand Contact and Vertical Response are two popular email marketing services. VR is nice in that you dont have to sign up for a monthly service, you can do a pay-as-you-go....

First check with you local MLS and see what is being furnished there.
The new MLS Systems are incorporating them into their program.
TopProducer 8i is very good but you will have to learn it and pay around $39.95 each month, but if you bundle you get a slight break.
RE/MAX has lead street and Keller Williams has a great system.
You might consider moving offices for better technology.
I am an independent Broker and must look out for myself.
I will post back when I fine the one I like the best.
The best is the one I will use consistently and not be a large burden monthly or up front. I prefer to pay for my software like in the old days and not pay the monthly.
