In a declining market, owner finance or rent to own is a completely horrible idea. Just rent, save money, but a year from now. I mean this most sincerely Brianna many will step up to find you such a deal, and you will almost 100% certainly regret it before it is over.

There is not a database that I am aware of containing specifically rent-to-own properties. I would pursue seller financing. Once you and your agent locate a property you are interested in your agent can inquire for you.

Perhaps the blog below can be of help. It shows some ways to find such a rent to own property. However, be aware that if you can not afford to buy it may not be a god idea to buy. If the roof leaks, the furnace dies, and a few other problems arise how could you financially handle it?

Im looking for a small home or patio hm...even a condo in north scottsdale. However, I dont have a big enough down payment yet to get a loan on my own.
