We will do the 203K Streamline Renovation mortgage on Manufactured Homes in SC.  The repairs can't be structural in nature.  This repair costs are capped at approx. $30,000 for repairs/renovations.

That's like a double Whammy!  Not only do you need to find a loan officer that understands the 203K but alos is comfortable with manufactured housing.

Best bet is Wells Fargo.

I don't know.  Bank of America and Wells Fargo are the best companies to work with manufactured homes in my opinion.  If you are in SC, feel free to contact me for recommendations within those companies.

Laurel,

I'm not the expert, but there is a lady named Jocelyn Predovich with Limetree Lending Group who is more than knowledgeable about this. She has helped so many people with this, it's unreal. We refer to her as the foremost authority on this in our state, hopefully she can help you too
