Unfortunately, we don't have an easy way for the community to t add neighborhoods to Zillow. However, we are in the midst of trying to clean up our neighborhoods and welcome your input.
I would love it if you would send me a map that includes the neighborhoods we're missing including their boundaries? Then we can incorporate it in our update. Happy to have it by fax (send to me at 206-470-7001) or snail mail (999 3rd Ave, Suite 4600, Seattle, WA 98104)
The join functionality doesn't do anything besides storing the data (an old idea that never got wings). We'll be removing the link soon.

Also, does anyone have an idea as to why can you "join" some neighborhoods but not others?
