I am finding that the asset management company for REO properties may be referring to PPR for"property preservation and repairs". I ran across this question when filling out a asset management application.
This acronym is not widely used in my area.

PPR in real estate stands for Preliminary Property Report. This is done before a house is filed into foreclosure and before a PP Company services it. It can be performed by the property preservation company if the Realtor requests it from them. It can be a drive by viewing or an internal inspection. This report determines the size of the property, if it needs upgrading, the condition of the home at a glance, and other factors that are not seen normally by just looking at it. It gives the Banker a little "heads up" on what condition the property is in before they repossess it.

Dear Jeanette:

Most likely it means, PPR stands for Property and Portfolio Research which is a private research and analysis company. You can find there website on the internet.
