Have a couple with shakey credit. Now the offer must go thru VA...

The appraiser acts in a vacuum; the job is to appraise the fair market value of the home, nothing else.

The va its the tipe of loan. The credit of the buyer is not public only the fact of their approval or diasapproval. The appraisal is requeted by the loan provider and there is no advice to be have and has noyhing to do with you or the buyer. It is only affected by the property an the market.

The appraisal has nothing to do with shakey credit.  The appraisal is the value of the property at the moment of the sale, shakey credit is a different story and needs no explanation.

Whats the question about the appraisal? The appraisal is simply a value of your home, and the value is like any other appraisal, VA, FHA, conventional, etc....

Whether a buyer has shaky credit or not does not matter to the value of your home.....
