Does getting a ceramic tile in my complete house will increase the cost of the house in Phoenix,AZ?

Will it be easy to resell if it has tile rather? than carpet or laminate?

The ceramic tile in certain rooms is an upgrade and considered higher end than the other materials
that you mentioned.
Hardwood is an probably always will be more desirable in the main floors and bedrooms.
Tile in the kitchen and baths.

As far as making your home worth more...it could but a finished product is what most will see when they
view the house.
I don't think buyers will add the cost that you will pay to have it installed to the amount
they are willing to pay.

Great question! In my opinion I have seen that adding tile to a house makes it more modern and desirable. But just like some people like tile some people like a good quality carpet. One thing I know for sure, if the house will be marketed to "investors" or your looking to attract investors, they will almost always favor tile or hardwood flooring. In regards to increasing the cost or value, well only a licensed appraiser can tell you the value will increase. Good luck!

Installing ceramic tile can make the home more desirable for buyers and the home would potentially sell faster.  As far as if this will increase the value of your home, only appraiser would be able to tell you if the fair market value of your home will be increased.
