Does my landlord have an obligation to reveal crimes committed at the rental home.

House was broken into numerous times.  Renters were tied up and in the house for over a day.  Did the Landlord have an obligation to tell us before or during our stay?

No and had crime been a consideration when you lease the property, you could have checked with the police for crimes at the property or in the neighborhood

No, that is not part of the landlord's obligations.

Everytime we've rented, we do a crime study of the neighborhood before we sign the lease.  We value our personal safety (plus the car)

No, you need to get that information from the local police.  It is part of your due diligence in deciding where you want to live.
