You can pull up any listing in the property search category of my web site.  Use my mortgage calculator...is it less than what you're paying in rent? Are you entitled to take a deduction each year for your landlord's interest that you're paying?  Are you going to receive up to an $8000 Tax credit this year for renting?  Do you have decent credit and have you been at your job for two years or more? You deliver dreams?
Okay. My dream is to have a large house on a large lot in a nice area for under $1400 per month, which is what I'm currently paying in rent.

Houses in the area I'm renting are still selling for $350k+. That's for >1200sqft on a >3000sqft lot.

Make my dreams come true. Please.


Please keep in mind that while I can buy in the ghetto for much, much less, but that is not encompassed in my dreams.
