Disclosure rules in Texas say it is not required to disclose death on property unless it was murder.
So, suicide, no disclosure needed.
Murder-suicide, disclosure needed.
I would disclose in either case.

Some individuals are very concerned about a death in a property, thinking it jinxes the property. In some states you have to declare whether there has been a death in the property.
So, for those individuals the answer would be yes. For most of us, there is not a problem.
Although, how a homeless guy could have access and die in a property brings up a whole bunch of questions!

Does someone dying-local homeless guy not occupant- in a house reduce the value ?
