Yes
But keep in mind that homes built prior to June 15th 1976 have a more difficult time being financed and insured. Homes built after that date had to follow stricter HUD rules about design and safety.
According to NAR, a mobile home does qualify for the program as long as it is the homeowners primary residence and they qualify for the remainder of the program. According to NAR even houseboats qualify for the tax credit.
