Nothing has passed yet, so no one can really tell you what the final form of the bill will be. You can read more about the current proposal that the Senate voted on here. And you can follow the changes and progress of the bill here

BREAKING NEWS! The Senate passed it last night on a roll call vote of 85 to 2 making it almost certain to reach the President's desk this week. Six month extension for properties under contract by May 1, 2010 and closed within two months afterwards. $6,500 credit for existing homeowners who have lived in their home for five years. Also raised the income qualifying limits to help higher income families qualify
