Assessment is $631. I answered your last question as well. Since you are an agent, you have access to this information. Look on the profile sheet for the assesements, then look at the amount. This tells you what the monthy assessment is. Then scroll down to the assem incl: and see what the assessments include. There is leased parking in this building. Once again, look for the parking option on the profile sheet. It will tell you what you need to know.
