Does your zestimate include large addition and other improvements in 2007?

Thanks for taking care of the duplicate.  The house was originally built in 1952 but does your zestimate take into account that in 2007 a large addition (about 1/2 the house including 2 of the bathrooms) was constructed, along with a new 2-car garage, new roof and siding and a kitchen remodel?   I'm wondering why it's lower than some houses in the area with smaller square footage, less bathrooms and smaller lots.  It was appraised at $291,000 in July 2010 and the zestimate is now down to $224,000.  I know the market stinks but that sounds ridiculously low!
