Does zillow EVER change incorrect info?

I asked zillow to remove an indication of sale that never happened, and they haven't for a year.  Apparently when we went to full value assessment in our town, they marked everyone as having a sale!  Has anyone ever succeeded in getting something changed in Zillow?

To answer the  last question - yes, I 've seen many corrections.

But, if it is in a database feeding in and there is a confusing coding, it often repopulates.
