Does zillow check out the lenders that are rated here?|

I am wondering if zillow does any investigation of the lenders rated on their website?
if so how.

Ratings contain flags that any user (or lender) can submit.  Our customer service team follows up and investigates flagged ratings to ensure the ratings are submitted by borrowers who have contacted the lenders.
